The BV-L8000FCEK and BV-L8200FCEK 3-piece full bore heavy duty actuated ball valves present a more economically viable alternative to stainless steel valves for use in less corrosive environments. These valves are available in sizes ranging from 1/4” to 2”. Options for ball and seat include, but are not limited to, 50% stainless steel filled seats and V-Ball modulation. Silicone seats are available for oil-based paint applications, and inspection testing conforms to MSS SP-110 standards. Additional options provided free of charge include a Certificate of Conformity and a comprehensive two-page assembly and Calibration Certificate. Each unit is assembled and rigorously tested in-house before dispatch. The Actuator features a robust construction with a high-quality Die-Cast Aluminium Body coated in grey stove enamel, ensuring protection up to IP65/NEMA4X, thereby enhancing durability in harsh condition industries and applications.
