Hygienic Tri Clamp-Weld OD Hytork Actuator Valves

The BV-L91B0XL and BV-L9CB0XL are integral components of BallValve's sanitary and hygienic full-bore actuated valve solutions. These valves feature a three-piece body design with a swing-out centre section, making them ideal for planned maintenance and seat replacements. The full-bore body design, along with cavity-filled seats, ensures a unobstructed flow path, preventing the accumulation of debris or contaminants. These valves can withstand temperatures suitable for up to 200°C during steam cleaning (CIP) and SIS procedures. Additionally, they come with various approvals, including FDA and WRAS certifications for the seats, guaranteeing a bovine-free supply.
